Why I Live in Florida

One of my brothers lives outside of Baltimore and they're getting pounded by the Blizzard of '09. He shared this picture of his yard taken earlier today.


He reports that they are aiming for 20-30 inches before it's all over.

I admit that it's very pretty, but I also spent a number of years in a part of the country -- Petoskey, Michigan, to be exact -- where this is routine, and while you're thinking "Winter Wonderland" in December, by March it gets very old.
